Social distancing Problems

Social distancing is a term that means we should be limiting our social interaction with people around us.

Just because we cannot see our friends and family in person, does not mean that we cannot give them a call or drop them a text to check in.

For those experiencing domestic abuse, they may find staying away from their friends and family very difficult, and may not be able to contact you to talk. Make sure you are looking out for your loved ones in a time when they need you most.

Please Freephone the national 24-hour domestic violence helpline on 0808 2000147 if you or someone you know is experiencing domestic abuse.
